Our mission is to revolutionize dental practices with our state-of-the-art virtual assistant Roger. Our software transforms treatment planning and patient communication, increases efficiency, boosts revenue, and simplifies workflows for dentists and their teams.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by top investors from Europe and the USA, we are looking for an unstoppable Business Development Representative to strengthen our newly established Business Development Team.   • You will shape growth, build a pipeline, and influence the future.
  • You are the engine for new contacts, smart touchpoints, and sustainable awareness in the dental industry.
  • You will reach potential customers with a mix of outbound calls, multichannel sequences, and valuable content.
  • You build relationships through well-timed touchpoints across various channels.
  • You qualify leads according to the latest SaaS sales standards.
  • You ensure our Account Executives have well-prepared demos and valuable insights.
  • You bridge marketing and sales by providing feedback and new ideas.
  • You will develop yourself through rotations towards AE, Team Lead, or Growth Track.

Requirements

  • Sales DNA: At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound or BDR roles (preferably SaaS/B2B).
  • Resilience & Drive: Motivated by challenges and persistent until success is achieved.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage people effectively.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and develop, valuing feedback.
  • Creativity & Initiative: Finding new ways to reach decision-makers.
  • Digital Native: Familiar with tools like Hubspot and ChatGPT.
