In Short

  • Proactively accompany our customers (dental practices) along the Customer Journey.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
  • Analyze churn reasons, develop countermeasures, and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Support successful use of Roger, including training and product workshops.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and derive actions for revenue increase and churn reduction.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to integrate customer needs into product development.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS sector, ideally Health Tech.
  • Proven successes in cross-sell, upsell, and churn management.
  • Experience in the dental field is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer and consulting skills, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Proficient in handling KPIs, reports, and CRM tools.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and motivated to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German at a native level and very good English.
