Overview

The Customer Success Manager will strategically partner with customers to drive successful retention and growth of Cherry transaction volume by engaging, training, and enabling their practices with a highly-optimized approach.

  • Take ownership of success for customers and self.
  • Ask for referrals to strengthen the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal connection abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer experience.
  • Comfortable with various software platforms.
  • Adaptable and able to troubleshoot.
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Bonus for sales or account management experience.
