Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our SaaS business in the food and beverage industry. As a BDR, you will focus on finding new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and support the success of our clients through our innovative SaaS solutions.

In Short

  • Identify and research potential clients in the food and beverage industry using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone calls.
  • Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our products.
  • Assess if prospects are a good fit for our services by engaging with them and understanding their challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging and strategies for reaching prospects.
  • Keep up with trends in the food and beverage industry to better tailor outreach efforts.
  • Meet targets for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
