Overview

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment, assessment, and enrollment of program participants at the academy. In this role, the recruiter will manage the admissions pipeline, ensure seamless candidate experiences, and support participant engagement and retention—all while collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and program management teams. Requirements

• Previous experience in hiring technical or highly skilled talent.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication throughout the admissions process.
• Comfortable using and refining systems or pipelines for managing applications and enrollment.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, or other teams.
