In Short

• Detail-oriented RCM Analyst needed to manage revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim submissions and resolve denials.
• Maintain billing data flow between EHR (Healthie) and clearinghouse (Office Ally).
• Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims.
• Monitor claim status and ensure prompt payment.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials, coordinating with clinicians.
• Manage payer enrollments and maintain patient insurance records.
• Create reports on claim status and reimbursement performance.
• Collaborate with clinical operations for documentation compliance.
• Identify improvements to billing workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with behavioral health or telehealth preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Office Ally and EHR platforms (Healthie preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-growing startup environment.
