As a Technical Expert for Service and Infrastructure (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the functionality of the IT landscape.

In Short

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software
• Administration of storage systems (SAN/NAS)
• Monitoring server performance and availability, and troubleshooting
• Supporting error analysis and diagnosis of server issues
• Developing and implementing efficient solutions to improve server performance and availability

Requirements

• Training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a technician in a data center environment
• Ability to independently solve problems and effectively collaborate in a team to tackle complex technical challenges
• High degree of initiative, creativity, and independence
• Fluent in German
