This role will be focused on overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects related to the company’s infra and expansion efforts. The TPM will help coordinate efforts across policy, operations, regulations, and hardware and software teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of robots and infrastructure components. The TPM will need to deeply understand technical systems and processes to identify potential roadblocks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also help develop and implement processes to help the organization streamline and advance initiatives to help with expansion and infra efforts.

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts across engineering teams, product managers, and operations teams.
  • Develop and implement processes that help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate expansion efforts across multiple cities and countries.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including technical specifications and status reports.

Requirements

  • BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management.
  • 5+ years experience with software, hardware, or autonomous systems development processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of robotic systems and infrastructure needs.
  • Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
