In Short

• Lead the execution, coordination, and risk management of Figma’s infrastructure projects.
• Drive key infrastructure initiatives, including reliability and cloud-native performance improvements.
• Partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams.
• Track program milestones and ensure seamless delivery across multiple infrastructure teams.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the status of infrastructure programs.
• Develop and drive best practices in infrastructure program management.
• Facilitate large-scale testing and rollout strategies for critical infrastructure changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as Infra TPM or related Engineering work.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience driving large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish program management best practices.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and tracking performance bottlenecks.
• Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure components.
