Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure - Remote

In Short

• Drive the Infrastructure engineering roadmap, strategy and execution of cross functional initiatives.
• Prioritize key technical initiatives and features to provide the highest quality of data for internal customers.
• Identify and deliver on efficiency improvements for Infrastructure.
• Develop processes based on data and modeling to improve capacity needs.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams.
• Ensure the engineering team operates effectively and unblock them.
• Drive strategic initiatives across the company as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in leading complex technical initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience building roadmaps and project plans with dependency management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
