In Short

• Responsible for technical support for customers worldwide
• Quickly and reliably resolve issues via remote maintenance
• Support service technicians during installation and commissioning on-site
• Participate in the commissioning of systems on-site with a travel requirement of about 20%

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, mechanical engineer, mechatronics technician, or electrical engineer
• Several years of experience as a technician or service technician in plant construction with international assignments is advantageous
• Good knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, drive technology, and control technology
• Good technical English (Level B2) and mobility (driver's license B)
• Customer-oriented, communicative, and open to other cultures
