Solution Architect (Customer Portal) - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Architect at Octopus by RTG, you will ensure the long-term stability and performance of digital commerce solutions while designing end-to-end solutions across various architecture layers.

In Short

• Collaborate with product teams to capture and translate requirements into high-level designs.
• Support the creation of a product roadmap aligned with business and technology trends.
• Document solution architecture and capture functional/technical artifacts.
• Coordinate with architecture and security teams to validate design principles.
• Ensure proper integration design with on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and new functionalities.
• Participate in product assessments and provide technical analysis.
• Adopt SAFe Agile principles and promote CI/CD processes.
• Work with vendor development teams to align on code changes.

Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture, especially in e-commerce and digital services.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with integration design and cloud solutions.
• Ability to document and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
