Overview

As the Vice President - Sales at Octopus by RTG, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth through strategic client acquisition and expanding assets under management (AUM). This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, leveraging digital platforms for client engagement, and personally closing high-value deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in sales/business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Pharmaceuticals sales background is a Must.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong command of English.
