Acquisition & Performance Manager / Growth Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Acquisition & Performance Manager to drive scalable and sustainable growth across all lead acquisition channels.

In Short

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition efforts.
• Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee SEO and organic growth strategies in collaboration with the content and SEO team.
• Develop partnerships, affiliate programs, and referral marketing strategies to diversify lead sources.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs).
• Develop and execute growth experiments to identify new scalable opportunities for lead generation.
• Collaborate with analytics and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and business goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
• A self-starter with a test-and-learn mentality, willing to iterate quickly based on data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Proven track record in scaling lead generation efforts profitably.
• Expertise in paid media management (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on experience with CRO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, owning end-to-end growth campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
