In Short

  • The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for calling on, building business, and developing relationships with a designated group of Tier 1 and Tier 2 key chain accounts.
  • Driving sales growth for Riverside Natural Foods.
  • Help to establish RESPECT and confidence with customers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across customers, brokers, and distributor partners.
  • Develop and drive strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide key inputs for demand planning and manage forecasting.
  • Compile and review quantitative sales data.
  • Develop customer-specific programs to drive strong velocities.
  • Collaborate on marketing programs with customers.
  • Attend designated trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Prefer College degree in Business.
  • 6+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • Strong presentation, negotiating, and listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of computer and technical skills with an emphasis on MS Office Suite.
  • Resourcefulness and Resiliency in Selling.
  • Self-starter, highly self-motivated.
  • Strong ability to navigate business financials.
