Overview

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager with deep Deltek Costpoint expertise to oversee and enhance our accounting operations, financial reporting, and post-award contract support.

In Short

• Manage accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Oversee charge code setup and compliance.
• Direct Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Produce financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DCAA and internal controls.
• Support budget forecasting and proposal pricing.
• Manage vendor relationships and discrepancies.
• Drive strategic growth and maintain financial health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Expertise in Deltek Costpoint.
• Understanding of GAAP, FAR, and DCAA regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
