Overview

The Engineering Team employs some of the top engineering talent who are constantly working to improve processes, quality and techniques, with the goal of producing the highest quality software solutions in the industry. The lines between traditional QA and software engineering are blurred here, with quality being considered at all stages of development.

• Write efficient, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Provide guidance on system architecture decisions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless software delivery.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable components.
• Participate in agile processes including sprint planning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Handle complex technical challenges and debugging.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Utilize software development tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• 3+ years' experience with AWS Technologies.
• 2+ years of AI/ML experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Strong leadership skills and mentoring experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with web applications, databases, and APIs.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
