Overview

The HR Automation Specialist will be responsible for the administration and development of HiBob HRIS, managing integrations, and supporting automation projects within the HR department.

Requirements

• Proven experience with HiBob (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS/HR Tech.
• Solid understanding of HR processes.
• Hands-on experience in managing integrations and data migrations.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• English - Upper-Intermediate+.
