Overview

We are seeking a C-Level Headhunter (Executive Talent Partner) with successful experience in iGaming to lead end-to-end Executive Search processes for C-level and other critical leadership roles.

• Develop and execute long-term hiring strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines of high-impact leaders
• Engage directly with C-level candidates as a trusted advisor
• Continuously map the market and keep tabs on key players
• Represent our team at industry conferences and executive meetups
• Collaborate with the Head of TA to visualize hiring plans
• Design tailored engagement tactics for top-tier targets
• Play the long game in candidate engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment for senior leadership roles in iGaming
• Experience in industry conferences and executive networking events
• Deep understanding of strategic hiring processes
• Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
• Strong analytical skills for market research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and platforms
