As an Employment Consultant Level 1 at Rise, you will support individuals with disabilities in achieving their job goals, providing job development and retention services while embracing a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• Knowledge of supported employment and job placement services preferred.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to use electronic devices for organization.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Patience, compassion, and a drive to succeed.
• Former teachers and sales professionals encouraged to apply.
• Completion of a computer skills assessment may be required.
