Legal Consultant - Employment - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients.

In Short

• Providing legal support to global HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
• Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC
• Take a lead role in managing external counsels
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and other employment-related documents
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in employment laws
• Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics
• Assist in the resolution of employment disputes
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop effective workplace policies
• Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management
• Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with ideally minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of employment law within APAC region
• Excellent communication skills for clear legal advice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals
