Legal Consultant - Employment - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients.

In Short

• Providing legal support to global HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
• Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC
• Take a lead role in managing external counsels
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in employment laws
• Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics
• Provide support to senior management and participate in strategic planning
• Assist in the resolution of employment disputes
• Collaborate with HR to develop effective workplace policies
• Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with ideally 6-10(+) years of experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of employment law within APAC region
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues
• Track record of working cross-functionally
