Marketing Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team at Rise.

This role plays a key part in how we bring our brand to life globally. Our conferences are one of our most strategic and visible activities — and we’re looking for someone who can lead their execution with precision, creativity, and full ownership.

In Short

• Own end-to-end logistics for global conferences, including travel, venue coordination, supplier management, and on-site execution
• Communicate with vendors and international contacts to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time
• Coordinate branded swag and gifts — from concept to production and delivery — while staying within budget
• Book restaurants, travel, and special experiences for clients and partners as part of marketing initiatives
• Set up and manage marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer activities using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Jira
• Support internal marketing operations, including task tracking, process optimization, and cross-team coordination
• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality execution across touchpoints

Requirements

• 2+ years in a marketing operations, events, or project coordination role
• Experience with CRM and project tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you get things done
• Creative, independent, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working with vendors and managing activities with budget constraints
• Experience with AI tools and a passion for smart, tech-enabled processes
