Overview

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Twilio, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operations, becoming the operational backbone of our marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives.
• Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira).
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals.
• Identify and recommend improvements based on campaign performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management.
• Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion.
• Strong competency in marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
