Overview

As VP, Marketing at Riipen, you’ll lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing efforts across brand, product, communications, growth, and market research—supporting the company’s mission to scale meaningful work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences globally.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives marketplace growth by attracting and engaging employers, academic partners, strategic partners.
• Develop and execute employer marketing programs that fill the marketplace with high quality, career-aligned projects.
• Support demand generation on the academic and partnership side.
• Collaborate with Sales to design and launch scalable go-to-market campaigns.
• Build out the sales enablement engine.
• Lead employer lifecycle marketing efforts.
• Partner with the Impact and Research teams to turn Riipen’s outcomes into compelling collateral.
• Strengthen Riipen’s brand presence across all media channels.
• Act as a strategic advisor and cross-functional collaborator across departments.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.
• Grow, lead, and coach a high-performing team of marketers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep experience building multi-channel marketing programs.
• Understanding of marketing value-driven programs to small businesses.
• Experienced with full-funnel strategies, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Track record of supporting sales enablement and field marketing.
• Fluent with CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
• Strong communicator who translates impact into messaging.
