Now, we’re looking for a bold, ambitious Marketing leader to help us accelerate our impact. Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, as our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our strategy & plan across all elements of the marketing mix- helping us build a high-quality, scalable pipeline, elevate our brand, and challenge the status quo.

In Short

  • Pipeline Acceleration: Generating a high quality, sales pipeline, working closely with sales to ensure we consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Brand Leadership: Shape and amplify Zilliant’s market presence as the go-to AI pricing leader through strategic storytelling, content, and PR.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Partner with product, sales, and customer success to drive go-to-market strategy and execution that wins in a competitive landscape.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Measure and optimize marketing performance relentlessly owning key metrics from MQL to closed-won revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing and SDR team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles in high-growth SaaS companies. Experience in pricing, revenue management, CPQ, ERP or CRM space a plus.
  • A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth at scale.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and brand building.
  • The ability to blend strategy with execution—rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • A challenger mindset—constantly pushing boundaries to outperform the competition.
  • A collaborative, high-energy leadership style that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of building a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
