Requirements

• 10+ years in sales and marketing roles.
• 5+ years in senior leadership positions.
• Experience in eCommerce sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content creator economy trends.
