Junior Application Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Work with advanced industrial simulation and planning projects.
• Support customer onboarding and technical integration for enterprise clients.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success with pre-sales demos and pilot projects.
• Translate complex customer needs into actionable product setups.
• Create documentation and training materials for customer rollout.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master with technical background.
• Understanding of enterprise software environments.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Affinity with automotive manufacturing and industrial engineering processes.
• Familiarity with 3D simulation tools is a plus.
