As an Operations Agent at Rhino Entertainment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant player operations across all our brands, supporting both Finnish and English speaking customers.

• Provide operational support across our brands, assisting players in both Finnish and English through live chat and email.
• Take ownership of withdrawal processing, ensuring swift and compliant handling.
• Investigate VIP tickets and payment-related issues.
• Monitor and investigate fraud alerts and suspicious behavior.
• Conduct KYC checks and document verification.
• Handle internal alerts and account status updates.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex customer cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational tasks.
• Analyse player behavior patterns and provide actionable insights.
• Support process improvements and training initiatives.
