• Position: Operations Agent (m/f/d)
• Type: Full-time, initial 2-year fixed term contract
• Salary: Starting at £25K, increasing to £31K after 6 months
• Primarily home-based with monthly office attendance in London
• Focus on supporting the Copyright service
• Review and reconcile musical work registrations
• Identify data anomalies and liaise with customers
• Ensure processing activities meet contracted SLAs
• Deliver services supporting licensing and invoicing
• Collaborate with teams for accurate information
