Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Are you a UI/UX Designer who sees beyond pretty buttons? If you’re passionate about scalable design systems, user research, data-informed iteration, and seamless collaboration between design and code, we might have just the role for you.

In Short

• Maintain, evolve, and document our Figma design system for multiple products and brands
• Define and manage design tokens to ensure scalable, consistent theming and styling across platforms
• (Bonus) Collaborate using Tokens Studio for Figma or similar tools to sync tokens with code
• Create intuitive, user-centered designs that align with product goals and business requirements
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and design specifications using Figma
• Support iterative design processes, collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and QA
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and performant
• Provide clear specs, guidance, and assets to enable smooth design-to-dev handoffs
• Actively participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and usability tests
• Ensure clear, structured documentation of components, patterns, and usage guidelines
• Help onboard and support internal teams in adopting and contributing to the design system

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design, particularly in iGaming or similar industries
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in producing high-fidelity prototypes and mockups
• Familiarity with design tokens and scalable theming
• Strong communication skills for design documentation and feedback
