Neon One is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer ready to make a big impact by reimagining and unifying the product experience across our SaaS platform.

In Short

• Design world-class end-to-end experiences balancing user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex user experiences for SaaS.
• Portfolio showcasing product and interaction design.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Strong foundational design skills in hierarchy and typography.
• Familiar with WCAG and ADA standards.
• Experience in user research and synthesis of insights.
• Understand front-end technologies for effective collaboration.
• Self-directed and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
