In Short

  • Conduct kickoff calls with new clients to outline the onboarding process, expectations, and timelines
  • Configure and customize the client's eCommerce sites according to their specific needs and industry standards
  • Integrate aftermarket parts catalogs into various online marketplaces, ensuring a wide and effective product reach
  • Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each client's goals, aiming to maximize their online presence and sales potential in the aftermarket sector
  • Serve as the ongoing point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and strategic advice to ensure their long-term success on the platform
  • Liaise between clients and internal technical teams to swiftly resolve any onboarding or operational issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, aftermarket parts standards, and e-commerce best practices to continually enhance the service and support provided to clients
  • Integrate our platform with our customers' ERP systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce implementation, with a specific focus on the aftermarket sector
  • Deep understanding of aftermarket parts, including components made by manufacturers other than the original manufacturer (OEM)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and the specific requirements for selling aftermarket parts online
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and build strong, mutually supportive relationships
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of developing and executing comprehensive plans to enhance client success
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
