In Short

  • Manage leads and track customer interactions using Power CRM.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Provide product information and answer client inquiries.
  • Conduct occasional face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize PowerBI for sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Power CRM.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience with sales reporting and analysis, preferably using PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work as part of a team.
