• Design and implement data models that support self-service Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Load and integrate data from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to understand reporting needs.
• Monitor data pipelines for performance and data quality issues.
• Conduct data validation and testing for accuracy and consistency.
• Document data architecture, processes, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot data issues and resolve inconsistencies.
• Implement data governance best practices.
• Continuously improve data engineering processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a data engineering, BI, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building data models in Power BI.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and scripting.
• Experience with data warehouse/lake solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality and monitoring practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD for data pipelines.
