Lead Cloud Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, and operational health of Revinate networks, ensuring exceptional value and adherence to industry best practices.

In Short

• Own the entire network infrastructure through technical oversight, design, and architecture.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.
• Design and implement effective network solutions to meet business requirements.
• Perform disaster recovery operations and record backups when required.
• Monitor overall network performance to decide if changes need to be made.
• Intra and Inter cloud networking design and support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex networking issues.
• Configure network routing and switching equipment.
• Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or 3 years with a PhD in a related field.
• Expert with commercial cloud offerings (AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud).
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with system management technologies such as Terraform.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership skills with demonstrable project/team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with network devices and routing protocols.
• Experience configuring cross-cloud connectivity.
• Firewall configuration and management experience.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and Palo Alto Network devices.
