In Short

• Join the Enterprise Cloud Services team as a System Engineer.
• Act as a technical interface to clients for Datacenter and Cloud services.
• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain customer environments.
• Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Support Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers with system and network issues.
• Plan and implement system automation for service efficiency.
• Engage in continuous learning of new technologies.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation.
• Utilize superior customer service skills to support clients.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of IT experience, preferably with a service provider.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with firewalls including Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Networks.
• Basic Linux administration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with Public Clouds (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Certifications like CCNP Service Provider are preferred.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Ansible/Python) is a plus.
