In Short

  • Support our largest customers with their technical needs.
  • Be the primary technical contact for strategic customers.
  • Help customers solve complex issues and build relationships.
  • Use expert knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in a technical customer-facing role required.
  • Mobile app experience in iOS, Android, Dart, or React Native.
  • Excellent debugging skills and understanding of mobile development.
  • Empathy for customers and their development process.
  • Work closely with customers to fulfill specific requests.
  • Contribute to the technical account management process.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience building and shipping a mobile app that integrates RevenueCat.
  • Interest in wearing many hats to help customers.
  • Great debugging skills and ability to identify issues.
  • Understanding of the mobile development and release process.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Empathy for customers and their development/learning process.
