Overview

The Customer Success Key Account Manager at Reveleer will own a key account, driving customer goals, business transformation, and revenue expansion by ensuring customer engagement, success, and growth.

  • Deliver quarterly partnership reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10+ years in customer-facing account or vendor management.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in agile, SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to travel.
