The Hospital Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for patients, managing inquiries and ensuring effective communication while maintaining a professional demeanor.

In Short

  • Full-time position with Revco Solutions Inc.
  • Handles electronic inquiries from patients.
  • Ensures timely and accurate communication.
  • Assists patients with concerns related to hospital services.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Documents interactions in the hospital’s CRM.
  • Works from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
  • Offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in hospital or physician customer service.
  • Knowledge of EPIC or other Hospital Information Systems.
  • Strong digital communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
