Overview

The Client Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing written correspondence and handling inbound phone calls to assist consumers with inquiries and disputes.

In Short

  • Answer calls and resolve inquiries from various consumer help lines.
  • Document disputes and complaints on related accounts.
  • Maintain and update systems according to policies and procedures.
  • Process written correspondence and handle incoming faxes and emails.
  • Review and approve special letter requests from employees.
  • Complete ACDV and AUD requests accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in the handbook.

Requirements

  • Experience in collections or call center preferred.
  • General knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with various computer systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deescalate conflicts.
  • Ability to adapt to changes with ease.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
