Requirements

• Comfortable in a performance-based environment.
• Knowledge of computer and telephone systems.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers.
• High level of empathy and integrity.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and utilize provided scripting.
• Must have a personal computer with Windows 10 or higher.
• High-speed internet connection required.
