Overview

The Recon Client Services Representative is responsible for maintaining the health of bad debt and early out inventory portfolios through reconciliation reports, while fostering relationships with clients and team members.

In Short

  • Assist in maintaining overall health for bad debt and early out inventory portfolios.
  • Develop constructive working relationships with teammates and clients.
  • Respond to email inquiries within the same business day.
  • Keep records of reconciliation findings and actions taken.
  • Complete tasks within assigned time frames independently and as a team.
  • Participate in discussions regarding report progress and challenges.
  • Complete assigned training courses by due dates.
  • Post direct payments and adjustments accurately.
  • Participate in external client meetings and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred knowledge of the collections industry and customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Preferred typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
