Client Services Representative - Remote

Overview

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing telephone, email, and platform-based support for FAST Platform clients, ensuring efficient resolution of order issues and inquiries.

In Short

• Assist customers in order management and fulfillment.
• Provide support via phone, email, and system admin portal.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Resolve product and service issues effectively.
• Handle emails in a shared team inbox.
• Provide estimated delivery times and proof of delivery.
• Submit replacement orders as necessary.
• Follow up with unresponsive clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Retail and Apparel Industry Knowledge is a plus.
• At least one year of Customer Service Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent Attention to Detail.
• Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills.
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Strong Math Skills is a plus.
