Overview

The Client Services Representative will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Client Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions and resolving issues.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Order Management: Assist clients with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of KMP Corp products and services to effectively assist clients with inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, and Technical Support) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback, helping to identify areas for service improvement or product enhancement.
  • Record Keeping: Document client interactions, transactions, and concerns in the company’s CRM system to ensure up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
