Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

In Short

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or procedures to clients.
  • Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and process client requests, such as service orders, account updates, and billing inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer support.
  • Track client interactions in our CRM system and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and guide them through product or service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support clients effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Assist with other administrative or support tasks as needed to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a client services or support position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
