Client Service Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Client Service Network Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of network functions while working closely with clients to implement solutions.

In Short

• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution for network functions.
• Diagnose and document network problems.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Communicate with clients about network changes and issues.
• Interface with vendors for unresolved technical problems.
• Monitor network performance and capacity.
• Configure and support network devices.
• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable.
• Expertise with network systems and protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of network security measures.
• Cloud Networking experience required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
