Client Service Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Client Service Network Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring optimal network performance for clients.

• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators.
• Lead troubleshooting and decisive problem resolution for network functions.
• Diagnose and document hardware and software network problems.
• Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring incidents.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Work with clients on network-related solutions.
• Interface with vendor technical personnel for unresolved issues.
• Communicate with clients about network changes and outages.
• Provide training and mentorship to technical resources.
• Monitor and identify network capacity and performance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable.
• Expertise in network systems and protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of network security.
• Experience with Cloud Networking (Azure required).
• Proven ability in network capacity planning and monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
