Overview

The Client Services Engineer provides technical assistance to computer system users, resolving issues and enhancing operational efficiency through expert support.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to clients in person, via phone, or remotely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain systems and install new equipment as needed.
  • Assist with mobile device setup and security.
  • Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for IT systems.
  • Interact with clients to provide updates and support.
  • Manage MS Exchange environments and Active Directory.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and urgency in support.
  • Utilize critical thinking to determine effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of end user technical support experience.
  • Preferred experience in financial services and MSP.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and server.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and MS Exchange/365.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, MDM, and Cyber Security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and sound judgement are essential.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise preferred.
