• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System.
• Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by processing service-related issues.
• Independently operate client systems and process routine insurance tasks.
• Build relationships with clients and insureds to support retention and revenue growth.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and provide suggestions.
• Follow established procedures to meet quality SLAs.
• Train new Account Specialists on basic tasks and procedures.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet client needs and achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or equivalent.
• Living in Mountain Time Zone or Central Time Zone.
• Property and Casualty License highly preferred.
• 2-3 years insurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products.
• Process-focus and strong attention-to-detail.
• Technological proficiency in client and internal systems.
